How do I know what size am I?

Where are your pajamas made?

We are a proudly Mexican company, so all our products are made in Mexico.

How much does it cost and does it take for my order to arrive?

For orders in CDMX: shipping takes 2 to 3 business days. The shipping cost is $55 pesos. For orders outside CDMX: shipping takes 4 to 6 business days. The shipping cost is $105 pesos. Free shipping from $799 pesos.

What destinations do they ship to and what package do they use?

We ship to the entire Mexican Republic, all our orders are sent through Estafeta or Redpack. We also handle local parcel for orders within Mexico City.

Can I make changes or returns?

For us, the hygiene and care of our products is paramount. We consider pajamas or robes to be intimate and personal contact garments, for this reason, there are no changes or returns.

How long does it take to process orders?

Once you have made your purchase, the processing time to prepare your order is 48 business hours. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order.

What are the forms of payment allowed?

We accept payments by credit/debit card and PayPal.

Can I place an order by an alternate method like Instagram DM?

You can place your order through our online store or by sending us a message to our Instagram account. . However, we recommend you make your purchase through our online store for greater ease and speed.

Can I request a change or modification to my order?

Yes you can, as long as it has not been sent. Send us an email as soon as possible to cozier.mexico@gmail.com, with your full name and order number or contact us by DM in our instagram account.

What currency are the prices in?

All our prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN).
